The School Seal

The school seal consists of a branch of laurel leaves and the lighted lamp. The laurel leaves symbolize the distinction of one whose achievements, through intellectual pursuits, are for God’s greater honor and glory and service of mankind. The lighted lamp stands for the Christian’s missionary role to light the world with the light of Christ. “You are the light of the world… your light must shine in the sight of men, so that, seeing your good works, they may give praise to your Father in heaven.” (Mt. 5:14, 16)
